We are seeking energetic group trainers with character and a passion for learning to join our team in Naples. Potential fast tracks to leadership are available.

• Workouts for free
• F45 uniform provided in a casual fitness environment
• Passionate, fun, collaborative workplace

• Coach and motivate studio members through predetermined workouts
• Conduct in‑person, goal‑oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries and provide progressions or regressions
• Promote and sell only F45 services in the studio, assisting in membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate every exercise with perfect form
• Set up, break down, clean, and store equipment before and/or after classes

• Preferably experience in an F45 environment
• Group training experience or ability to excel at it
• Minimum 1 year as a personal fitness trainer
• Availability for weekends
• Strong character, care, and communication skills
• Energetic and attentive
• Knowledge of functional movement, HIIT, heart‑rate‑focused training, and F45 science
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, comfortable with public speaking
• Experience using Instagram and Facebook for fitness communities
• Ability to remain on feet and constantly moving while leading members

• Nationally accredited current fitness certification (e.g., NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Group training certification

$30.00 – $60.00 per hour
