Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Balr Basketball is rapidly making its mark as a leader in private basketball training across the United States. We expand our team and look for professional and experienced private basketball trainers to conduct lessons for players of all ages. As part of our team, you’ll travel to local parks, basketball courts, or clients’ homes in your area.

Work within your community and neighboring cities. You have the freedom to set your own schedule and choose your clients. Payment is available within 24 hours after each lesson.

Balr is a national private basketball training company serving clients in major cities across the US. We aim to revolutionize basketball training and provide personalized, innovative coaching. Our coaches inspire and design customized lesson plans tailored to each player’s style and goals.

• Conduct private (1‑on‑1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly.
• Travel safely to and from client locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet their needs.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of students at all times.
• Maintain communication with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding progress.

• You set your own work schedule.
• Travel to client locations within your preferred area.
• Decide the travel radius for client locations.
• Receive prompt payment within 24 hours after completed lessons.
• Choose the number of clients you work with.
• Receive multiple client offers regularly.
• Have direct contact with clients and continuous support from the Balr team.
• Potential to start within 24‑48 hours after interview.

Payments are issued via Pay Pal within 24 hours after the lesson.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children.
• Confidence in working independently.
• Own basketball training equipment.
