Salary Range: $18.22 To $22.32 Hourly

We are looking for a Ramp Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and hands‑on ramp support, including baggage handling, customer assistance, and other services that support safe and efficient airport operations.

• Safely lifts, loads, unloads, and transports passenger baggage, cargo, and other items while protecting them from damage, loss, and weather.
• Provides ramp and customer service support during airline arrivals and departures.
• Works outdoors around aircraft, vehicles, and ground equipment in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Coordinates with Customer Service, Dispatch, and other operational personnel to support safe, timely, and accurate service.
• Maintains situational awareness and follows established airport safety procedures and operational requirements.

• A valid Florida driver's license with driving record meeting Authority standards required.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• At least six months of related customer service experience.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles, including Authority vehicles, golf carts, and customer-owned vehicles.
• Communicate effectively over two‑way radio.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work primarily in outdoor and ramp environments.
