Position: HVAC Project Manager – Data Centers

Mobility  Availability to travel and stay on international projects (9–12 months missions)
Languages  English mandatory (French and/or German are strong advantages)
Contract  Permanent contract directly with the client
The Project  You will join an international engineering and project environment involved in large-scale industrial and technical projects across Europe.
The company works on complex HVAC/CVC installations for mission-critical environments such as:
Gigafactories
Clean rooms
Projects are delivered alongside major construction and engineering partners on highly technical sites.
The role is strongly operational and project-oriented, with long-term assignments on site (9–12 months depending on the project phase).
Current projects are located in Naples.

What You Will Do   Manage HVAC/CVC projects on industrial and mission-critical sites
Coordinate installation, execution and commissioning activities
Ensure project follow-up regarding planning, budget and technical delivery
Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams
Interface with clients, engineering teams and construction partners
Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
Support technical problem-solving during project execution
Participate in project reporting and coordination meetings

What We Are Looking For   Experience managing HVAC/CVC projects in industrial environments
Experience in data centers, clean rooms, industrial facilities or similar technical projects
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems
Mobile profile, comfortable working on international assignments
Autonomous and hands-on mindset
French and/or German are strong advantages
