Lab Solution Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will support the sales process with technical expertise, focusing on laboratory workflows and the value of Beckman Coulter’s diagnostic solutions. You will collaborate with product, project, and sales teams to design scalable automation concepts and IT visions for customers. The position offers exposure to a multinational, multicultural environment and a chance to influence tender specifications and customer outcomes.

You will work actively on high-impact solutions that address complex challenges and drive growth.

Analyze laboratory workflows and craft automation/IT visions for customers

Design and deliver high-impact solutions addressing complex challenges

Engage in a multinational, multicultural work environment

ResponsabilitàDegree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field (or equivalent)
Certification as MT or CLS preferred

Experience in a clinical laboratory with understanding of workflows and diagnostics

Knowledge of WIT Technology, Life Science market, and diagnostic competitors

Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation and financial acumen

Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and customer-focused mindset

Ability to manage projects and travel to customer sites

Proficiency with LIS and diagnostic equipment; basic AutoCAD; strong PC skills
