Enable Agile teams and stakeholders to deliver business value predictably by facilitating, coaching and continuously improving Scrum and SAFe practices, while fostering collaboration, flow optimization and delivery excellence across the Agile Release Train.
Key Accountabilities
Partner with the Release Train Engineer, Product Management and stakeholders to improve ART flow, predictability and delivery outcomes
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ART events ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective, PI events)
Coach team members, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile, Scrum and SAFe principles and practices
Identify, manage and facilitate resolution of cross-team dependencies and risks within the Agile Release Train
Analyze and leverage Agile metrics (Flow Velocity, Flow Time, Predictability Measure, Team Health Indicators, Sprint Goals Achievement) to drive continuous improvement
Remove impediments and elevate systemic issues to the RTE and leadership when needed
Foster collaboration, transparency and alignment within the team and across the ART
Mentor and support Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners by sharing best practices, coaching techniques and lessons learned
Drive continuous improvement actions and ensure follow‑up from retrospectives and Inspect & Adapt workshops
Promote Dev Ops mindset, quality practices and definition of done adherence
Contribute to Agile maturity evolution by sharing best practices, templates and lessons learned across teams
Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in Agile environments, including at least 2 years as a Scrum
Experience in large‑scale Agile frameworks (preferably SAFe) within enterprise IT organizations
Fluent in English
Advanced knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Confluence)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent; SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Advanced Scrum Master certifications strongly preferred
Servant leadership and coaching mindset
Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
Problem‑solving and impediment management capabilities
Data‑driven decision making and focus on continuous improvement

What We Offer
In compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position.
Contract
Type of contract:
Permanent
Hybrid working model: 2 days per week remotely
Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): “Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l’armamento privato” – sez. personale di terra
Gross annual salary (RAL): between €38.000 – €45.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments
Meal vouchers: worth €8 per on‑site working day
