Lead Quality Excellence in a Global Packaging Manufacturing Environment

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System, Food Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives driving operational excellence across a technologically advanced manufacturing environment serving international customers.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, food safety, and manufacturing performance. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Laboratory teams to ensure compliance with international standards, reduce process variability, improve product quality, and support the expectations of some of the world's most demanding customers.

What You Will Do
Quality Management & Compliance

Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and BRCGS Packaging Materials standards.

Ensure full compliance with food safety requirements, GMP, HACCP principles, and food‑contact material regulations (MOCA).

Manage customer audits, certification audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance programs.

Maintain and improve quality documentation, procedures, specifications, and control plans.

Operational Quality Leadership

Drive quality performance across manufacturing operations.

Monitor and improve quality KPIs, process capability, scrap reduction, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Lead internal and external non‑conformity management processes.

Manage customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate structured root cause analysis using proven quality methodologies.

Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to improve process stability, capability, and efficiency.

Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Support data‑driven decision‑making through statistical analysis and quality reporting.

Promote a culture of quality, accountability, food safety, and operational excellence.

Act as the primary quality interface for strategic international customers.

Support supplier quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Ensure customer requirements are translated into robust manufacturing controls and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, or Quality Leadership role within manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, BRCGS Packaging Materials, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Systems, MOCA Regulations, Food Contact Materials Legislation.

Proven experience managing customer audits and certification processes.

Experience with Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Process Optimization.

Fluent or professionally proficient English.
