Assistant Team Lead
The mission of the Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary is to play a key role in restoring patients’ oral health while ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable, and cared for. This position combines clinical excellence with compassionate communication, helping patients understand their treatment and feel confident throughout their visit.
Key Performance Indicators- Support and increase same-day production
- Contribute to increased overall monthly production
- Perform duties within your scope of licensure to support efficient daily workflow and maximize same-day treatment opportunities
- Restore patients’ teeth to optimal health while educating them on preventive care
- Assist with dental assisting duties as needed to support the clinical team
- Strong customer and patient focus
