Connected Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Medical Laboratory Scientist to join the clinical laboratory team at one of our trusted partner facilities in Napoleon, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for a certified lab professional looking for flexible scheduling and meaningful work in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests across all major lab sections including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis
• Analyze and interpret test results with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Perform quality control procedures and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high‑quality patient care
• Comply with all regulatory requirements including CLIA, CAP, and OSHA standards

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) required
• Ohio CLS/MLT license (if applicable)
• Previous experience preferred, but strong new grads are encouraged to apply
