2ND SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - NAPOLEON, OHIO
A Leading Automotive Supplier in the Napoleon, Ohio area needs a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician. This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Off Shift Premium, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays & Paid Vacation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for maintaining, setting up, and operating equipment.
- Perform fabrication of parts/equipment.
- Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine problems and determine proper corrective action.
- Execute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, as well as problem solving retrofits and emergency repairs.
- Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Maintain parts inventory for common replaceable items and daily recordkeeping within JAC Products computer maintenance management software (CMMS).
SKILLS:
- Five (5) years of demonstrated competency in Industrial Maintenance.
- Vocational Certificate, Associate's Degree in a Technical Field, or Equivalent Experience.
- Working knowledge PLC's is Preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Robotics a plus.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as Calipers and Micrometers.
- Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
