2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

2ND SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - NAPOLEON, OHIO

A Leading Automotive Supplier in the Napoleon, Ohio area needs a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician. This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Off Shift Premium, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays & Paid Vacation.

• Responsible for maintaining, setting up, and operating equipment.
• Perform fabrication of parts/equipment.
• Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine problems and determine proper corrective action.
• Execute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, as well as problem solving retrofits and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Maintain parts inventory for common replaceable items and daily recordkeeping within JAC Products computer maintenance management software (CMMS).

• Five (5) years of demonstrated competency in Industrial Maintenance.
• Vocational Certificate, Associate's Degree in a Technical Field, or Equivalent Experience.
• Working knowledge PLC's is Preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Robotics a plus.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as Calipers and Micrometers.
• Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
