• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.

You will support RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery. Key duties include:

• Chart and record medication and treatment administration.
• Observe patients and document observations.
• Perform specific procedures such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring weight and height, and running diagnostic tests.
• Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
