General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the business. The position involves processing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Handle product:
  Load and unload shipments and organize products for storage. This may include stacking and wrapping pallets by hand or with a pallet jack.
• Receive and process shipments:
  Verify the quantity and quality of items against invoices and report any discrepancies or damages to a supervisor.
• Select and retrieve items from warehouse inventory. Accurately pack, label, and document products for shipment.
• Operate equipment:
  Safely and efficiently operate manual and powered industrial equipment, such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and potentially forklifts (certification may be required).
• Manage inventory:
  Assist with regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy. Use handheld scanners or other inventory management processes to track product movement.
• Maintain a safe environment:
  Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the work area and equipment clean, neat, and free of hazards.
• Cooperate with the team:
  Cooperate and communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers to achieve daily goals and maintain operational efficiency.

• The ability to stand for long periods, walk for extensive distances, and lift and carry heavy objects (often up to 50–75 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Prior warehouse or general labor experience is often a plus but is not always required.
• A flexible mindset to adapt to changing tasks, schedules, and priorities.
• An adherence to good attendance and communication is necessary.
