, where coastal elegance meets modern comfort in the heart of Narragansett Beach. We’re seeking a part-time Night Auditor to provide warm, professional guest service while maintaining the overnight operations of our front desk.

The Night Auditor serves as the face of Aqua Blue Hotel during overnight hours — ensuring guests are checked in and out efficiently, reservations are handled accurately, and nightly reports are completed to support smooth morning operations.

• Greet guests with professionalism and hospitality upon arrival and departure
• Check guests in/out using our property management system (RMS Cloud)
• Process and confirm new reservations by phone, email, or in person
• Print and review nightly audit reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare night audit summaries
• Ensure lobby and common areas remain tidy and welcoming
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and after‑hours requests
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management regarding guest needs

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and problem‑solving overnight
• Proficient with computers; RMS Cloud experience a plus
• Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
