Customer Service Representative

Company Description  Dexter Solutions Inc. is a leading developer of healthcare information technology systems tailored for small to medium-sized medical practices. The company provides software for Electronic Medical Records (EMR), electronic medical billing, and customized medical software solutions to help practices manage clinical and financial workflows more efficiently.

We are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our team for the following positions:
1.  Customer Service Executive

Key responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, queries, and service requests professionally.
Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customers.
Maintain call records and follow standard operating procedures.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Preferred profile:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-handling or BPO experience is preferred.
Comfortable working with targets, processes, and team coordination.
Basic computer and email proficiency.

2.  RCM Executive – US Healthcare

Key responsibilities:

Work on US healthcare revenue-cycle processes.
Handle claims follow-up, denials, payment posting, AR, eligibility, authorizations, or related RCM activities.
Communicate with insurance payers and resolve claim-related issues.
Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
Preferred profile:
Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM is required.
Knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, denial management, AR follow-up, and insurance verification.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience working with US shifts will be an advantage

The job is for USA shifts from 7:30 PM To 3:30 am IST.
