We are looking for IT Administrator to join our team at Seva Group.

Role & responsibilities:
-Responsible for overseeing and managing IT related functional activities
-Preferably, worked on Quality control, security softwares and compliance
-Handling user management Activity of company
-Responsible for daily /monthly/yearly data backup related activity
-Responsible for periodic restoration activity of enterprise application and Server /Standalone instrument system.

-Knowledge about QMS, Risk management as per ICH etc
To Maintain IT Asset Inventory.
To Manage the Time synchronization, Anti-virus installations and updates activity.
To Manage network communication devices and to manage Administration rights in Computer systems.

-Work with global management to promote risk awareness and compliance, in line with established IT control policies, processes and procedures.
-Entry-level knowledge on SAP.
-Adhering to Quality requirement and sound knowledge in technical terms.
-Support and coordinate installation, and connectivity of computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure the stable Business functions and continuity of operations.
-Manages End User support staff at location/s that develop, configure, maintain, support, and optimize all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links.
-Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems & network servers.
-Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
-Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes .
-Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality, Computer Obsolescence and security issue resolution.
-Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, access rights, storage allocations, and active directory administration as advised.
-Perform account setup for new and old employees.
-Install and configure local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and network segments and servers, such as file servers.
-Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
-Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
-Quickly resolve any system failures and troubleshoots issues. Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees.
-Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
-Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or vulnerability / usability concerns.

-Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
-Assist in integrating new applications and technologies into the current system.
-Lead process improvements and modifications.
-Backup systems and verify that backups of data have been completed.
-Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
-Secure system integrity from any breaches or viruses and play an essential role in risk-mitigation planning, including creating backup plans, safeguards for data, user security policies, and identity management.
