Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage overall plant and business operations
• Drive production, quality, maintenance, dispatch, and supply chain functions
• Ensure smooth manufacturing operations and achieve production targets
• Improve productivity, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Handle customer coordination, delivery commitments, and plant performance
• Lead and mentor department heads and cross-functional teams
• Implement systems, processes, and operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience in Automotive Component Manufacturing industry
• Experience in handling plant operations and team management
• Exposure to OEM customers and Tier-1/Tier-2 automotive suppliers preferred
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and operational management skills
• Experience in sheet metal, machining, fabrication, injection moulding, or precision components will be an added advantage
