This Position reports to:
Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.

The work model for the role is: onsite.

This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions Division of ABB India Ltd in Solutions Business Line.

You will be mainly accountable for:  Implementing the product marketing strategy for Compact Substations & E-House, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with cross functional teams..
Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.
Conduct end-to-end tendering and bidding processes, including preparation of technical offer, deviation management, and technical layout preparation for E-House projects, cost estimation, price evaluation, margin analysis etc.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)   You should posses Strong Technical knowledge of Switchgear Product Portfolio and working in Electrical Switchgear Industry.
You have minimum 5-6 years of experience in  Tendering / Design of Electrical Switchgear.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of  AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Platform.
You should possess strong analytical skills and Excellent Communication Skills.
Degree in Electrical Engineering
You are at ease communicating in English.
