Experience in manpower handling and shop floor coordination is mandatory.
Knowledge of injection moulding process and machine operations.
Understanding of engineering plastics processing such as Polycarbonate, Nylon, and ABS will be an added advantage.
Responsible for production monitoring, quality checking, mould changeover support, and maintaining production targets.
Ability to handle machine breakdown support and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
Knowledge of safety practices and shopfloor discipline required.
