This role will oversee a small accounting team and serve as a key resource to the Controller, supporting daily accounting operations and financial reporting. The Accounting Manager will play a hands-on leadership role within the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting while supporting operational initiatives across the organization.

• Lead and develop a team of four accounting professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and ongoing mentorship
• Oversee the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements, including detailed income statement analysis
• Handle complex reconciliations and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed
• Coordinate audit activities and work closely with senior leadership to deliver timely and accurate financial information
• Assist with budgeting efforts, internal controls, and risk management initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of five years of accounting experience with demonstrated people‑management responsibility
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven, fast‑moving environment
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with mid‑sized to large ERP systems
