About the Role
KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a manufacturing company in the Southern, NH area in their search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a permanent, hybrid position that requires the candidate to work onsite a few days a week. The role reports to the AR Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Collecting on past due accounts.
- Monitoring AR aging reports.
- Researching and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Assisting with invoice generation.
- Assisting with month‑end close.
- Minimum of 1 year of AR/Collections experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
$18-23/hr DOE
