The Sales Support Specialist will focus on requests and projects in support of a business unit, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer success. Responsibilities include streamlining operations, processes, sales support, customer service, and project management in an active, shifting environment.
Essential Job Functions- Sales support and exemplary customer service
- Project management
- Administrative support for advertising accounts, ensuring retention and growth of the business unit
- Research and identify potential sales leads and prospects
- Customer advocacy and support for internal and external customers
- Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery with customers, sales, and production
- Maintain organized, detailed records of deliverables and follow production best practices
- Compile financial and forecasting reports for the business unit
- Support office operations and special projects as needed

- Project management experience

- Strong work ethic and sense of professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Some college preferred, focus on business
- High school diploma
- Act as a trusted resource for any initiative or project assigned
- Work collaboratively with the team and autonomously
- Physically able to participate in daily functions, training sessions, presentations, and meetings
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Some travel required to meet with clients, stakeholders, or at off‑site events
