Position: Business Analyst – High‑Speed Backplane product management team, Product Management.

• Gather and analyze data to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and address business challenges.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Develop detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions to support decision‑making and implementation.
• Utilize data analysis tools to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for strategic planning.
• Support RFQs and RFPs; aid in development of pricing strategy that achieves target profit margins at all stages of the product life cycle.
• Support and drive capex and cost‑down efforts.
• Perform data analysis of product sales, including tracking revenue and margin by product/part number/region/customer.
• Assist in development of marketing materials including product datasheets, press releases, and other online or printed marketing collateral.
• Minimal job‑related travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a mathematically oriented field—engineering, business, economics;
  Master’s degree preferred.
