Position: Business Analyst – High‑Speed Backplane product management team, Product Management.
Responsibilities- Gather and analyze data to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and address business challenges.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Develop detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions to support decision‑making and implementation.
- Utilize data analysis tools to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Support RFQs and RFPs; aid in development of pricing strategy that achieves target profit margins at all stages of the product life cycle.
- Support and drive capex and cost‑down efforts.
- Perform data analysis of product sales, including tracking revenue and margin by product/part number/region/customer.
- Assist in development of marketing materials including product datasheets, press releases, and other online or printed marketing collateral.
- Minimal job‑related travel may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a mathematically oriented field—engineering, business, economics;
Master’s degree preferred. - Analytical

Strong ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns or trends that can inform business decisions. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. - Problem‑Solving Abilities:
Proficient in diagnosing problems and developing viable solutions to improve business processes. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders located globally. - Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to lead and navigate dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
