Base pay: $/yr – $/yr (yours will be based on skills and experience).

• Lead all onsite construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Foster a positive, respectful job‑site environment among subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for project teams, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain short‑term look‑ahead schedules aligned with the overall project timeline.
• Monitor progress, proactively identify delays or issues, and implement recovery strategies.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure adherence to all code, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all work meets design intent, quality standards, and technical specifications.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and field conditions to resolve constructability issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the jobsite to meet safety and performance standards.
• Review scopes of work and hold subcontractors accountable to performance expectations and project deliverables.
