Overview
Southern New Hampshire Weight Management
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and laboratory testing.
- 36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin per week
- No nights or weekends/No Call
- Join a practice of 3 Physicians and 2 APPs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating lifestyle modifications, dietary counseling, behavioral therapy, and pharmacotherapy as appropriate.
- Surgical and non-surgical weight management pathways available
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the continuity and efficacy of patient care.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in obesity medicine and bariatric care.
- Participate in educational initiatives and outreach programs to promote healthy weight management within the community.
- Board Certified in Obesity Medicine
- 2+ years of post-training experience
