Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, terms such as agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients.
• Full scope of practice, predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas).
• Full‑furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; many utilize the latest advancement in digital eye examination technology called Clarifye.
• Use of the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and support for pre‑testing.
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
• Flexible scheduling; part‑time commitments possible.

Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
