** Foundation Medical Partners, an affiliate of Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate APRN or PA to join our dynamic Endocrinology team in Nashua, NH! This role is an excellent opportunity for an Advance Practice Provider who is passionate about providing care in a community setting.
** About this position:
*** Full-time (36 clinical hours per week) with flexible scheduling
* Existing practice with 3 Endocrinologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
* 100% Outpatient visits pertaining to General Endocrinology
* Diabetic educators, Nutritionists and Clinical Trials on-site
* Fully integrated Epic EMR system
* Established physician and patient referral base
* Thyroid procedures available onsite, performed by partnered physicians.
