• Supervise the high school debate club activities.
• Teach students debate skills.
• Recruit staff members.
• Procure necessary transportation and judging for tournaments.
• Coach three levels of activities: novice, intermediate, and championship.
• Oversee tournaments that occur on weekends and last 7-24 hours.

The applicant should have academic coursework in public speaking or some experience in high school or college speech and/or debate.
