Qualifications

* High school diploma or higher; coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus

* Prior childcare, special education, or behavioral support experience preferred

* Ability to work consistent part-time hours (afternoons/evenings and/or weekends)

* Willingness to commute within 5-10 miles (30-45 minutes)

* CPR/First Aid certification preferred

* Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for working with children

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct behavioral support to children under clinical supervision

* Implement behavior plans and track progress toward goal

* Assist with daily routines

* Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and supervisors
