From our southern NH campus, Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions is seeking a talented, motivated Hardware Test Lead who wants to join an organization where teamwork is highly valued. • Lead multi‑discipline, state‑of‑the‑art hardware teams of 10+ people through the hardware engineering design and development.
• Employ your expertise, decision skills, and independent judgment in technical areas.
• Lead Design Review activities to achieve program success.
• Communicate essential information and coordinate with engineering disciplines, procurement, operations, and program management.
• Develop program schedules, earned value criteria, and productivity metrics for efficient performance.
• Ensure the established Hardware Development Process is implemented successfully.
• Support important program capture and proposal teams with hardware baselines that include development and cost/scheduling estimating.
• Work with Discipline Section Leads to determine program staffing needs and “right person/right job”.

• BSEE or BSME with 6+ years engineering experience, with 2 years commensurate experience leading engineering teams.
• Possess technical leadership practices for multi‑disciplinary engineering teams engaged in the design and development of state‑of‑the‑art electro‑mechanical products and hardware test equipment.
• Possess technical leadership practices to lead a team of disciplines which include Mechanical (ME), Electrical (EE), Firmware (EE), Design Drafting (DD).
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and productivity metrics to ensure efficient team performance.
• Proven experience in implementing established Hardware Engineering design processes to achieve product quality and consistency.
• Possess sound interpersonal communication skills involving interfacing with company personnel, customers, and suppliers.
• Experience supporting new business capture and proposal teams with development of hardware engineering cost/schedule estimates.
• Capable of exercising independent discretion and judgment in the performance of engineering duties.
• Ability to prepare appropriate reports, documents, and presentations for internal/external distribution.
• Ability to develop and implement design solutions, processes, and systems within budget and schedule requirements and lead others to closure.
• Experience with design and development of products and services using state‑of‑the‑art engineering technologies, principles, theories, and concepts.
• Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance.

• Certification for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) project management techniques.
• Designing to cost (DTUPC) constraints.
• Designing for manufacturability.
• Experience developing compact embedded systems for harsh environments.
• Familiarity with AS9145 compliant processes.
• Experience with Electronic Warfare systems, radar systems.
• Active Secret Clearance.
