BAE Systems is searching for a Senior Test Engineer with experience in developing automated test software solutions. The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter, able to complete assignments with little oversight while being available as a subject matter expert and technical lead to their team. They must be able to assume a full or partial lead role as circumstances dictate, and be able to quickly and dynamically switch focus to accommodate the daily activities of an engineering team supporting a production environment.

This individual should be comfortable providing accurate technical status to program management or direction to individual contributors as part of their job function, as well as interfacing with other engineering disciplines as necessary. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

* 2+ years of professional test development and integration experience.
* Hardware and Software Integration experience.

* Possess good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication

* Proficiency in Object-oriented programming (C/C++/C# etc.) Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

* The ideal candidate would be familiar or experienced in:

* NI Test Software Tools

* Test Stand

* Lab Windows/CVI Software

* Instrument Communication

* Network analyzers

* Spectrum analyzers

* Microwave/RF measurements

* VSWR

* Gain

* Compression

* Experience with the entire product life cycle development or parts of it:
Requirements review, test plan creation, coding, integration of test SW with test stands, and sell-off to customers.
