The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full‑time dual Rate Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisors to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor, you will oversee assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided.

Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

$7.25 – $33.00 / hour

• Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of games
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents
• Greet guests appropriately, resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information
• Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members
• Control the pace of the game and determine winners and losers according to the game’srules
• Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays by guests

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• A minimum of six months of professional gaming dealing experience is required. Candidates must be proficient in Roulette and Blackjack; live Poker experience is preferred
• Have a standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in various types of table games
• Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Requires sitting, reaching, and pulling a majority of the shift.
• Some standing, walking, bending, stooping, the ability to periodically lift and carry up to 40 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, seeing, and hearing.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
