As a Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed reviews and evaluations of daily paperwork related to gaming as well as internal controls and department procedures. • Perform daily Title 31 and Anti-Money Laundering audits of gaming activities
• Conduct thorough reviews of reports, records, and documents to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as internal controls
• Track policy and procedural violations, issuing exceptions when necessary
• Review, reconcile, and verify operational and financial documents for accuracy and completion
• Investigate and assess alerts relating to potential money laundering risks in the organization
• Monitor daily transactions for potential suspicious activity

• Able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations, the Bank Secrecy Act, and Title 31 requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in compliance, auditing, financial monitoring, or a related field
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
