We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Team Leader to help scale and grow our lending platform. This is a hybrid role designed for a producing loan officer who wants to continue originating loans while also leading, mentoring, and developing other loan officers.
Responsibilities- Support loan officer performance and coaching on sales and process.
- Drive overall team growth while maintaining personal book of business.
- Utilize company-generated and purchased leads, including Zillow and leads, to support personal and team production.
- Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a mortgage leadership role.
- Proven track record of loan production.
- Ability to coach and motivate others in a fast-paced environment.
- Active or eligible NMLS license.
$95,000 - $125,000 at plan earnings
