Speech Language Pathologist – Neuro Rehab

As an experienced Speech Language Pathologist, you will deliver functional rehabilitation across diverse settings—home, school, work, and community—using evidence‑based methods tailored to each patient’s unique interests and needs.

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, swallowing, and related disorders.
• Re‑assess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings, and conduct family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations, recommend home and community safety measures, and provide referral and education resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, and family.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance outcomes.

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
• Active license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience; preferences for neurorehabilitation experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform required patient handling tasks.
