Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented IT Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of complex technical projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project‑management methodologies, software development life cycles, and technical concepts. The Technical Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, product, QA, and operations, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and manage end‑to‑end project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Track progress and provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage change requests and adjust project plans accordingly.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with technical standards.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks and issues proactively.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
- 8-12 years of experience in project management.
- Experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project‑management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MSProject).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into actionable plans.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience working with cross‑functional and global teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Background in software engineering or systems architecture.
- Experience working with remote and cross‑functional teams.
