You’ll negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide, manage litigation, and oversee projects such as forging relationships with vendors, complying with evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad, and exploring emerging regulatory risks. Responsibility grows with your skill set and the dynamic industry.

• Negotiate and draft license and service agreements for healthcare partners.
• Oversee litigation strategy and manage external counsel.
• Execute vendor and industry collaboration agreements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign legal frameworks.
• Lead complex legal and business projects.

• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivation to learn about intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and fully reimbursed.
