Job DescriptionWeekend Day Shift – Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3:00 AM–3:00 PM. 36 hours worked, paid 40 hours plus a 21% pay premium. The role is full‑time onsite at a BAE Systems facility.
Responsibilities- Fabricate and/or modify complex micro‑integrated circuit modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub‑assemblies following specific instructions, including wire and ribbon bonding using manual and automatic bonding machines or an MRSI microwave component automated pick‑and‑place machine.
- Fabricate and/or modify complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub‑assemblies.
- Build micro‑electronic sub‑assemblies in the Manual cell using liquid and sheet epoxies to lay the foundation of every micro‑electronics module on products such as 56C and EPAWSS at the TACAIR Microwave Factory.
- High School Diploma and/or GED with 1 year of related work experience.
- Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.
- Experience with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens and sheet epoxies (primarily attaching substrates to modules/housings). Familiarity with a wide variety of adhesives and epoxies.
- Ability to work with a microscope for an entire shift.
- Familiarity with MIL‑STD‑883.
Full‑time salary range: $41,024 – $65,639. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including market conditions and candidate qualifications.
