We're currently seeking a Production Packager to support packaging and inspection processes for high-quality manufactured parts.
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Shift: Monday - Friday
Starting Pay rate: $18.00/hr (does have some flexibility depending on experience)
What You'll Do:
- Carefully inspect all parts for appearance and defects before packaging
- Use hand tools (files, chisels, etc.) to remove excess material from parts
- Wrap components using designated materials to prepare for shipment
- Follow written work instructions and procedures accurately
- Place finished parts into containers for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Report safety issues or damaged tools to your supervisor promptly
- Assist with additional production or packaging tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable standing, bending, or moving throughout your shift
- Use of hands for handling tools and materials
