Are you detail-oriented and hands-on? Join a growing team where your attention to quality and pride in your work make a real impact. We're currently seeking a Production Packager to support packaging and inspection processes for high-quality manufactured parts.

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Shift: Monday - Friday

Starting Pay rate: $18.00/hr (does have some flexibility depending on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Carefully inspect all parts for appearance and defects before packaging
• Use hand tools (files, chisels, etc.) to remove excess material from parts
• Wrap components using designated materials to prepare for shipment
• Follow written work instructions and procedures accurately
• Place finished parts into containers for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Report safety issues or damaged tools to your supervisor promptly
• Assist with additional production or packaging tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable standing, bending, or moving throughout your shift
• Use of hands for handling tools and materials
