Crane Currency has an immediate position opening for a Slitting Machine Operator on the third shift based in Nashua, New Hampshire.

You will join the front‑line team responsible for creating the security products that power economies worldwide. Your focus on safety, quality and delivery will help strengthen team performance and meet core business metrics. You will expand your skills in cutting‑edge manufacturing processes and technology.

• Operate the slitter safely and effectively, monitoring and controlling equipment to maintain conformance to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain efficient operation of equipment to maximize yields and uptime.
• Understand all components of the slitter and spooling equipment, setting up orders and troubleshooting problems when necessary.
• Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines for make‑ready, troubleshooting, security, record keeping, and quality testing.
• Perform set changes in a timely fashion using a team approach.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Industrial math skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude & dexterity for basic repairs to machinery.
• Ability to learn computer skills required to control monitoring functions.
• Good reading, writing, documentation and following verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25‑lbs.
• Must be a United States Citizen with suitability for a Position of Public Trust.

• Previous manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• Previous chemical handling experience a plus.
