Inspector Operator, 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift

We manufacture the advanced security features used in U.S. currency and banknotes around the world. There's a good chance you've handled our product without even knowing it. No experience required.   Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  $22.50/hr
  Monday – Friday (consistent schedule)

• Paid training from day one – no experience required

• Pay increase once you’re a certified operator

• Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing machines
• Follow detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency
• Check materials and finished product to keep standards high
• Work closely with your team to hit daily production goals
• Learn specialized processes used in high-security production

• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Mechanically inclined (even from hobbies or previous jobs)
• Team-oriented mindset
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, not required

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to pass a government background investigation (Position of Public Trust Clearance)

• You’ll start through one of our staffing partners while completing a required security clearance
• Once cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you’ll be eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee (typically within 90 days)
