Float RN - Ambulatory Care | Day Shifts

Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ambulatory float team. The role covers multiple sites, assisting providers, rooming patients, taking vitals, triage, and coordinating care across ambulatory settings.

You will carry out nursing processes via in-person, telehealth, and telephone triage, assess needs, plan and evaluate care, and collaborate with physicians and other health professionals. BLS/CPR certification and NH RN licensure are required.
