Description:
Looking for a healthcare professional who can float comfortably between ICU and Stepdown units. Shifts available from 7 AM to 7 PM on weekdays with every other weekend required. 36-hour workweek guarantee. Experience with various equipment is preferred, including balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Alaris pumps, and rapid infuser. The candidate should be willing to float to other units as necessary, including emergency department, stepdown, and medical-surgical units with modified assignments.
Training will be provided for floating to the behavioral health annex. Strong candidates will possess a diverse skill set to adapt to different care environments.
