Food Service Manager 2 – St. Joseph Hospital, Nashua, NH

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 to oversee a frontline team eph Hospital, part of Covenant Health. The role reports to the multi‑service GM and focuses on patient services, retail cafeteria, and micromart operations.

Schedule:

M‑F dayshift, 9 am‑6 pm, with minimal weekend work.

• Manage daily food operations with hourly and supervisory associates.
• Maintain food and health & safety logs per Sodexo and hospital guidelines.
• Ensure trainings stay current for all associates (Sodexo and hospital).
• Mentor and develop the food services team.
• Implement innovative ideas in retail, catering, and patient services.
• Build effective relationships with patients, customers, and clients.

• Strong culinary background, ideally in upscale restaurant, retail, or catering.
• Experience leading a culinary or food services team.
• Serv Safe certified with knowledge of HACCP and health & safety audits.
• Familiarity with Sodexo processes and systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
