Schedule / Expected Work Hours

Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Some flexibility for outreach or networking events; minimal travel (≤5%).

Job Summary

Winchester Mechanical in Nashua, NH is seeking a motivated Junior Inside Sales / Business Development Representative to help drive growth in our commercial HVAC and mechanical services division. You’ll identify and qualify new business opportunities, schedule meetings, and help expand our customer base while learning from a seasoned sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new commercial HVAC opportunities
  • Execute cold outreach via phone, email, and Linked In
  • Schedule discovery meetings for senior sales staff
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead statuses
  • Track activity metrics and hit outreach goals
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Represent Winchester Mechanical at local events
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Persistent, organized, and goal-oriented
  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Familiarity with HVAC or construction industry a plus
