Product & Delivery Specialist - Mazda

Position Overview: As a Genius Product and Delivery Specialist, you will support sales representatives before, during, and after the customer sale with a focus on the customer product experience. This position is responsible for explaining Mazda technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon delivery of the car.

• Product demonstration of Mazda vehicle features;
• Answer client questions regarding Mazda products;
• Deliver vehicles upon client purchase pick up;
• Configure vehicle with mobile customizer;
• Perform test drives as needed;
• Perform other related duties consistent with the role; management may assign additional unrelated duties.

• Valid Driving License;
• Acceptable Driving Record;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
