Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Inbound Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a unique opportunity where you will assist customers in finding the right life insurance solutions tailored to their needs. There is no cold calling involved; all calls are inbound. We specialize in assisting clients with replacing their current policies with better options.
- First‑year income potential ranges from $80,000 to $250,000 based on performance and sales achievements.
- On average, agents earn $9,500 per month, with top performers bringing in over $18,000.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Be computer savvy to effectively navigate sales software and databases.
- Proven track record of success in sales is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications (company will provide support).

- Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 9 AM – 6 PM, Friday 9 AM – 4 PM. No weekend shifts.
This is a 1099 position/Self‑Employed with the potential for uncapped earnings.
