Full-time, Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Occasional overtime or weekend work as project schedules require. Primarily field-based role with travel to various job sites.

Winchester Mechanical is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead field installation teams on commercial and industrial HVAC projects across Nashua. This hands-on leader will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality sheet metal work while coordinating crews, materials, and schedules in partnership with project management and general contractors.

• Supervise and mentor sheet metal field crews
• Plan daily work sequences and crew assignments
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs
• Coordinate material deliveries and fabrication needs
• Oversee layout, fitting, and duct installation work
• Conduct safety talks and enforce site safety protocols
• Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance
• Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and field reports
• Collaborate with PMs, GCs, and other trades to solve issues

• 5+ years of commercial sheet metal experience
• Journeyman-level sheet metal certification required
• Strong blueprint and plan reading ability
• Proven field leadership and crew management experience
• OSHA safety knowledge and enforcement mindset
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
• Preferred:
  Master Sheet Metal License or BIM/CAD familiarity
