The Caleb Group is seeking an energetic maintenance technician for a full-time role split between an elderly housing facility in Nashua, NH, and two multi-family sites in Lowell, MA. You will perform basic repairs and upkeep across buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds, with on-call duties as needed.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, be willing to perform a variety of tasks, and have a valid driver's license. Familiarity with Yardi Mobile is a plus;
Spanish speaking is a plus.
