Position: High Purity Services Inventory Coordinator

High Purity Services Inventory Coordinator Position Summary

This full-time position has full responsibility for the shipping, receiving, and large inventory tracking of all incoming and outgoing products from our High Purity Processing Facility in Nashua, NH.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Full inventory management of large volume products
  • Precise documentation for shipping and receiving
  • Warehousing and product tracking duties
  • Maintain an orderly and clean space
  • Direct interaction with shipping personnel
  • Routine interaction with DECCO Management
  • Routine interaction with client procurement teams
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Exhibits DECCO Core Values

Required Responsibilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Five years of experience in managing shipping, receiving, warehousing and tracking of large volume products
  • Fork truck license
  • Strong understanding of working within an ERP system
  • Strong understanding of control documentation for shipping and receiving
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Professional appearance and confidence
  • Problem-solving and basic math skills
  • Clear communicator and basic command of the English vocabulary
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to operate in and around a heavy industrial work environment. Ability to climb up and down ladders, scaffolding, and staircases. Able to lift moderate loads.
  • Warehouse-based environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
