Position Summary

The primary purpose of your role is to assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate outcomes, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will follow federal, state, and local standards and institutional policies, ensuring the highest quality of care at all times.

Education / Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Basic computer skills, including navigation of electronic health record systems.
Shift & Wage
  • Full‑time opportunity available.
  • Required shifts: 2nd and 3rd.
  • Wage: up to $37.00 per hour.
